The Constitutional Amendment states as follows:

In Clause 6 sec. 3
delete sentence "All elected members shall hold office till the end of the calendar year, ...and add "All elected members shall hold office till the end of the following calendar year or at the end of the day of the Annual General Meeting whichever occurs first...".

In clause 8
add "..till the end of the following calendar year or at the end of the day of the Annual General Meeting whichever occurs first."

Accordingly the previous committe's term ended November 18, 2006 and the new Executive Committee's terms begins November 19, 2006.
