We regret to inform that Hartleyites Mr. Sivarajah Surendranathan (1975 O/L Batch) passed away in Toronto, Canada on January 24th 2017.
He was the captain of Hartley College under 19 basket-ball team in 1979 and the captain of Hartley College 1st XI Cricket team in 1980.
He joined the HCPPA Canada & USA executive committee in 2000 and has been a champion in promoting HCPPA Canada & USA. Whether recruiting new life members or selling tickets for various HCPPA events, his enthusiasm and achievements are unmatched. He served as secretary in 2009 and 2010 and as president in 2014. he stepped down after year due to health reasons.

Brother-in-law of Vijayachandra, Thayanithi, Ragunathan, Thiyagarajan, Jeyakumar, Vijayamohan
and Vijayarajan;
Paternal father of Gopika and Kokulan;
Maternal Uncle of Kavitha, Tharani, Rajitha, Abirami, Abinaya, Vijayaabimanyu, Vimesh
and Vinusha.
