Mr. Piraban Sivagnanasundaram ( Lt. Colonel Anbu ) an old boy
of Hartley college ( 1978 - 1986 ) and University of Jaffna,
was killed in the battle front at Putukudiyirrupu East in
Wanni, on the 19th of March 2009.
Late Piraban is from valvettithurai and his brother Jayanthan
Sivagnanasundaram (also an old boy of Hartley college) lives
in Montreal, Canada.
