Mr. Kanagarajah Karunanithy of Toronto, Canada, a Hartleyite (1969 O/L batch) passed away, Thursday March 23rd 2006 due to illness.

Karunanithy is the husband of Ahila who is the sister of Mr. Sathiamoorthy and Mr. Sivakumar (Ghandi). He has left behind three children Kamesh , Ramesh and Mithila.

Karunanithy was one of the founders of the Hartley College Past Pupils Association Canada & USA and has been a committee member in the past and he was a member in the present committee as well. He has produced dramas for our Cultural Shows in the past and was actively involved in the Association activities.
