Dear Friends;
I have been missing my friend one Mr. Balendran (
(aprox. 46 Yrs old) for last 20 years.
A Small built friendly guy.
His native place is Nagarkovil (Srilanka) and his
father’s name is Siva patha/(gnana) sundaram.
His father was as a Manager in the CO-OP samajam
Pointpedro and his mother was a teacher and
passed away along away.
Their home name at Nagerkovil is INPAM. Not known
wether still exists or destroyed.
He was staying as a paying guest at Kumaran Medicals
Pointpedro (1972-1974) and
Studied in Hartley Collge Pointpedro.
Left the College in 1975.
Around 1985’s he stayed in Bampalapitiya Colombo-3 and
was serving for an Audit firm.
He got 2x more brothers ( Not known their whereabouts)
I think he must be living in Canada or somewhere
else.
Could you pse help me to find out his whereabouts?

I took my GCE (OL) in 1953, and left to teach at Central College, Jaffna in 1954. I entered Theological training in Bangalore, South India in 1957, where I received my Bachelor of Divinity. After serving the Sri Lanka Methodist Church for 17 years, I was seconded for service in the United States with the United Methodist Church. Received my Master's Degree in Theology in 1976 and my Doctor of Theology Degree in 2000. Presently, I live in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. |

At the time of his death, he was 80 years and 2 months. I thank, on behalf of the family, all the friends and well-wishers who sent me condolence messages and sympathy cards. It gives me the great pleasure to know that the college is working and the area has found its lost glory again. it is just by chance that I got the site.
I was there in the area doing my duty as an army officer for good about 18 months or so as part of IPKF contigent. There are so many things in mind but now I wish that the peace prevails and things of past are taken as the bad times the almighty destined for u ppl. I am no one to preach as during my tenure, I met lot of intellectuals, who were the excellent statesman but the sufferings have not ended, by all these years agony and pain must have multiplied many folds.
