Annual Dinner & AGM - HCPPA UK - 2009 |

The Annual Dinner and the General Meeting of the Hartley College Past Pupil Association (UK) will be held on the Saturday November 14th at the Holiday Inn.
The AGM will promptly commence at 6:00 PM in a Hartley manner. Please be on time so that we can start the meeting as scheduled.

Nominations:
Nominations for the 2010 Executive Committee and any amendments to the constitution shall be received by the Secretary by email or post* till midnight, Saturday the 10th November 2009. The nomination form was sent to all the members via email; You can obtain a form by sending an email to the secretary, or by downloading it from this posting on the right hand side.
Nominations requested are for the following posts:
1. - President
2. - Vice President
3. - Secretary
4. - Treasurer
5. - Sports Secretary
6. - Six Committee members.
Dinner & Dance

(Former A/L teacher and old boy of Hartley College)
Annual Dinner/Dance of HCPPA UK will follow the AGM from 20:00.So please be present by 19:30 for dinner to commence at 20:00. We are offering a three course sit down meal for a reasonable price of £30 for adults and £20 for children under 12. Limited seats are available and the seats will be allocated on first come first basis, therefore please book your seats early by contacting any of the committee members.
